Most common cause of this is sociopathic chiropractors messing up peoples backs.

My nightmare started when I woke up with partial foot drop without back pain after doing heavy lifting the previous day (many many years ago). Then the pain progressed to my lower back, hip, and leg over time. When I realized that something was seriously wrong and went to the doctors, they didn’t take me seriously because I had regained most of my strength in my foot so they didn’t do surgery for 3 years. Anyway, my foot pain has always been my worst symptom. It feels like a tight band is around the top of my foot and medial side of foot, along with tingling, stinging, burning, coldness. I wish I had seen it sooner to avoid the surgery.

I have a knee pillow to allign my hips/spine but it hasn’t helped. I just figured out I have “piriformis syndrome.” I hate that it shoots down to my left ankle. I’ll try it

This one really helped a lot! After that, I was able to move through some of these harder ones.
